β¦ Synopsis
By utilizing Monte-Carlo simulation technology, the centroid algorithms have been compared in detail. The factors such as the detected window size, threshold and weighting power factor, which affect the detected accuracy of the wavefront sensor, have been studied and the optimal parameters for each algorithm have been found. The numerical results will be helpful for further improving the measurement accuracy of the wavefront sensor.
