The T/B cell interaction involved in induction
## Regulatory role of the CD8 antigen in both CD3 and CD2 monoclonal antibody -induced nonspecific cytotoxicity of class I-and class II-allospecific cytotoxic T cell clones* We investigated the function of the CD8 moiety in antigen-specific and alternative activation of HLA class I-and HLA class I
The present study investigated the role of antigen-presenting cells (APC) in the activation of noncytolytic T cells against tumor antigens. The noncytolytic-type T cells exerted their antitumor effect by producing gamma-interferon (IFN-gamma) and by activating macrophages as the ultimate effectors.
