## Abstract Monodentate phosphite and diamidophosphite ligands have been developed based on __O__‐methyl‐BINOL. These chiral ligands are easy to prepare from readily accessible phosphorylating reagents – (__S~a~__ or __R~a~__)‐2‐chlorodinaphtho[2,1‐__d__:1′,2′‐__f__][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepine and (__2
