✦ Synopsis

This paper presents two schemes, relevant monitor (RM)-based and improved relevant monitor (IRM)-based, for QoS distribution monitoring. With these schemes, when monitoring a real-time flow, a network manager can locate relevant monitors that are metering the flow.
