## Abstract The chemical structure of a waterβsoluble polysaccharide, coded as TM3b, extracted from sclerotia of __Pleurotus tuberβrigium__ was analyzed to be a hyperbranched Ξ²βDβglucan with Ξ²β(1β6), Ξ²β(1β4), and Ξ²β(1β3)βlinked residues, with degree of branching (DB) of 57.6%.
