โœฆ Synopsis

The electrical conductivity of a model of liquid KU was determined by molecular dynamics computations. In a constant tempemture ensemble, the linear regime for Ohm% law was shown to extend up to at levt 1.5 x 10' V/an_ The resuits compared favorably with that calculated by monitoring the power dissipation and with the zero-field value obtained vi2 the current autoconehtion function.

## Abstract Molecular dynamics simulation using the new fit of the empirical Tersoff Potential is applied to study the thermal properties of ZnSe at and below the room temperature. The resulting diffusivity and thermal conductivity are compared with the photoacoustic measurements on the grown ZnSe
