## Abstract We demonstrate the presence and functional properties of Group I metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs) expressed in chromaffin cells. Immunocytochemical techniques revealed that two mGluR subtypes (mGluR1Ξ± and mGluR5) are expressed in chromaffin cells, located in both the cytoplasmi
