## Abstract In this article, epoxidized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are used to modify current epoxy resins. The produced epoxy groups on the nanotube surface significantly enriched nanotube chemistry and made them soluble in the organic solvents. Atomic force microscopy characterization indicated that
