β¦ Synopsis
It is well known that impacts of weather, spatial and temporal factors significantly influence traffic operation. The purpose of this research is developing a traffic model which contains effects of related factors and finding out the effects of factors on speed-flow relationship. Data processing and factor selection are crucial preliminary work for this modeling. The methodology and process of model development is shown step by step in the following paragraphs. The impacts of factors can be seen directly from conducted traffic models, which could support traffic management and decision-making.

A fast simulation model for the dynamic process of traffic flow through urban networks is presented. The model simulates the progression of cars on a street by moving 1 bit variables through binary positions of bytes in the storage which are arranged to copy the topology of a specified network. Skil
