โฆ Synopsis
Experimental work has been conducted to ยจerify an analytical model of an optoelectronic mixer based on a metal-semiconductormetal photodetector. Such mixers may proยจide an inexpensiยจe method for optical deliยจery of signal to be radiated on microwaยจe carriers, as in microcellular systems. The model is confirmed by the experiments, thus proยจiding a useful tool for system design.
