✦ Synopsis
Abstracts decay rate of the pulse response of the model error. The upper bound is calculated by solving a set of linear programmable problems. A procedure is presented to derive a new nominal model with reduced upper bound on the Hoo-norm of the model error. Frequency response data are generated, and a nominal model is identified with a curve-fitting procedure, minimizing a maximum absolute value criterion function. 022 Convergent On-I2me Identification in Hoo for Discrete Systems F.-M. Lee, I-K. Fong, L.-C. Fu, pp 97-100
Two related on-line identification problems are formulated and solved for stable diserete systems. The f'~st problem involves identification of frequency responses of a system at an arbitrary finite set of frequency points from the available input-output timed data. The second problem involves identification of the system model in Hoo also from the available input-ontput timed data. Concrete convergent algorithms are specified for these two problems. Each of these algorithms provides, on-line, not only an estimate of the system, but also an explicit upper bound on the worst-case deterministic identification error.
