where Following a procedure similar to that used above, the scattering cross section for a TE-polarization incident plane wave can be found. Obviously, the closed-form formulas (12) and ( 13) are of sufficient generality to incorporate most practical applications. For N parallel perfectly conducting fractally fluted cylinders, we need only to let sj + a, p j -0 and tCi -+ 0, and the above results can easily be extended to the bianisotropic case. Furthermore, numerical studies on the multiple scattering characteristics of fractally fluted chiral cylinders are in progress and will be reported on shortly.
