✦ Synopsis
The mobilitics of mass-identified Nr' and NC; ions in neon have lxcn measured by the "four-guuzc" clectricol shutter method at 300°K. The reduced zero-field mobilities of Nc+ and NC; ions, corrcctcd to 273°K. are 4.13iO.04 and 6.2OtO.07 cm*V-'xc-' rcspectivcly.
The reaction raw coefticicnt i-or the tcmmolcculnr Ion-neutral association reaction is (4.6kO.35) X 10 -52 cm6 set -I and in the range from 2. to 10 V cm -1 torr-' It does not dcpcnd on the clcctric field rtrcngth.
