Bacterial fimbriae are associated with a specific adherence factor, adhesin, in their microbial etiology. Porphyromonas gingivalis, as an anaerobic Gram-negative periodontopathogenic organism, is known to possess fimbriae on its cell surfaces. In this study, we demonstrated that P. gingivalis fimbri
