โฆ Synopsis
The missing of observations in agricultural field experimenta is quite common due to several natural hazards and a t preeent no method of analysis of diallel crosses exieta when one or two observations are mieaing. Therefore, the method of combining ability analysis of diallel croaaes (including parenta and reciprocals) for one and two missing observations baaed on TOPHAM (1968) model and using BABTLETT (1937) missing plot technique hee been presented in thie paper. The formulae for eatimating genetical parameters, calculating8 um of squares due to theme parameters and for calculating variances due to the estimatee of parameters have been presented. A numerical example have been given for illuetrating the technique.

The present study was conducted in maize (Zea mays L.) on crosses among 20 diverse parents. The materials were evaluated in four different environments for eight characters. Combining ability analysis was carried out following diallel and partial diallel crosses. The number of crosses per parent (s)
