## SYNOPSIS Some experimental chlorinated polyethylene ( CPE ) resins that produced translucent blends with PVC were used to study the effects of CPE chlorine content and chlorine distribution on the morphology, optical clarity, and toughness of blends with PVC. The CPE resins were characterized i
