The Stated Meeting of The Franklin Institute was held at 8:15 P.M. in Franklin Hall, following the Annual Medal Day Reception and Dinner, with approximately 400 guests present.

After the introduction of former Medalists who were in attendance, and a salute to the Committee on Science and the Arts for its invaluable work in nominating thii year's outetanding candidates for awards, Wynn Laurence LePage, Chairman of the Board, called the meeting to order and announced that the minutes of the May 15, 1963 Stated Meeting had been published in the June, 1968 issue of the JOURNAL. There being no corrections or additions the minutes were approved as published.
