## Abstract **BACKGROUND:** Bilateral microtia with aural atresia is rare. Rhabdomyomatous hamartomata containing salivary tissue, situated bilaterally and symmetrically simulating the palatine (faucial) tonsils, has apparently not been reported. We present the combination of these findings in two
