✦ Synopsis

The present article reports the construction of the miniaturized combined ion-selective membrane electrodes (C-ISE), which is easy to adapt to an automated analyzer for clinical and biological purpose.

The characteristics and applications are described for the particular case of the C-ISE for Cu ‫ם2‬ . The calibration curve is linear between the 10 ‫1מ‬ and 10 ‫5מ‬ M concentration range, with a slope S ‫ס‬ 28.59 mV/decade and the accuracy being very good.
