✦ Synopsis
Bromo-2-naphtylanzine (V). On dissout 2,6 gr. de N-acP;tyl-5-bromo-2-naphtylamine dans 20 em3 d'alcool bouillant, ajoute peu B peu 50 em3 d'acide chlorhydrique concentre et continue a chauffer B l'ebullition pendant deux heures. Le chlorhydrate de l'amine cristallise par refroidissement en longues aiguilles incolores ; on essore, redissout dans l'eau et prhcipite l'amine par alcalinisation.
Produit incolore, fondant 2 1 . 38 O.
D'aprks o. Brawn, H a h n et Reemannl), la 5-(ou 8-)bromo-2naphtylamine fond h 35O; en travaillant d'aprbs les indications de ces auteurs, nous avons obtenu un produit fondant a 37O. En mhlangeant ce produit avec notre 5-bromo-2-naphtylamine7 nous n'avons observe aucun abaissement du point de fusion. L'identite des deux produits nous parait done certaine.
( 5 -Byomo-2-napht yl) -e'thyl-we't hane (VI). On chauffe 0,3 gr. de 5-bromo-2-naphtazide avec 10 em3 d'alcool absolu pendant deux heures B 1'6bullition, puis on ajoute de l'eau jusqu'ii formation d'un leger trouble j l'urdthane cristallise par refrbidissement. On recristallise dans l'alcool.
