The microwave spectra of three isotopic species of CFlNO have been measured giving an accurate structure with a significantly long C-N bond length; in addition, the barrier to internal rotation of the CFs top W3 = 770 cal mol-' 1 and electric dipole moment (JI = 0.18 D) have been determined.
