Tbc microwave rotational spcctrn of lydJ-pbcnylsilanc nnd of zgSi-phcnylsilanc have been mensnred. A confirmation of the lowering of the barrier to internal rotation with trideutcration was obtained. Tbc rotational constants have been used to obtain n partial substitution structure of the top.
