✦ Synopsis
Motivated by recent measurements supporting d ,_y2-1ike pair states in copper oxide superconductors, we calculate the microwave response of such a state in the presence of strong potential scatterers. Measurements of the conductivity at low temperatures can only be explained if a very low density of scatterers is assumed.
