In the title compound, C 18 H 14 Cl 2 N 2 O 2 , the 2,4-dichlorophenyl and phenyl rings form dihedral angles with the pyrazole system of 77.6 (3) and 32.8 (4) , respectively. The crystal packing is stabilized mainly by van der Waals forces.
