The millimeter-and submillimeter-wave spectrum of 13 CD 2 F 2 present in natural abundance in methylene fluoride-d 2 (CD 2 F 2 ) has been measured in the region 230-380 GHz. The spectrum was recorded using a frequency-modulated millimeter-and submillimeter-wave spectrometer. More than 200 rotational

β¦ Synopsis
The microwave and millimeter-wave absorption spectra of ({ }^{13} \mathrm{C})-substituted (\mathrm{CD}{3} \mathrm{OH}) have been investigated in the frequency range (18-116 \mathrm{GHz}). All transition frequencies have been measured for the (J=1 \leftarrow 0) to (J=3 \leftarrow 2 a)-type (R)-branch multiplets for the lowest three torsional states. Asymmetry splittings were observed for the (K=1) and 2 lines of the (A) torsional symmetry species. In addition, frequencies have been measured for a substantial number of (b)-type transitions in the torsional ground state. including the (K=1 \leftarrow 0 E{1}, K=1 \leftarrow 2 E_{1}), and (K=3 \leftarrow 2 A Q) branches. The measured frequencies of the a-type transitions have been fitted to a semiempirical torsionrotation Hamiltonian and accurate a-type spectroscopic parameters have been determined. The ground state rotational spectrum of CD3OH has been revisited in the millimeter-wave range. A total of 216 transition frequencies have been measured and assigned in the 117-179 GHz spectral range, including about 40 transitions previously reported. The spectrum was recorded at the Justus-Liebig U
The microwave torsional-rotational spectra of gauche CH 3 CD 2 OH and CH 3 CD 2 OD have been identified, assigned, and analyzed up to 70 GHz. From the observed a-and c-dipole transitions, it has been possible to determine the effective rotational coefficients and the gauche tunneling energy of the h
The rotational spectra of H 2 13 COH / and D 2 COD / were observed in the 110-224 GHz frequency region using a magnetically confined negative glow discharge as ion production source. Analysis of the spectra allowed determination of the ground state rotational and quartic centrifugal distortion const
Millimeter-wave (mmw) spectra of D 3 Si 79 Br and D 3 Si 81 Br in the vibrational ground state have been recorded in the 150-650 GHz range. Furthermore, mmw spectra of D 3 Si 79 Br in the Β£ 3 Γ 1 and Β£ 6 Γ 1 states have been studied in some limited spectral ranges. FTIR spectra of monoisotopic D 3 S
Alternative techniques for integrating high-quality factor resonators using micromachining techniques have been investigated. Two methods are presented which include suspending microstrip lines on thin dielectric membranes, resulting in an effective dielectric constant of near unity, and integrating
