## Abstract Both high and low molecular weight hyaluronan (HMW‐HA vs. LMW‐HA) exist in various tissues and cells. In this study, we investigated LMW‐HA‐mediated CD44 interaction with Toll‐like receptors (TLRs), the actin filament‐associated protein (AFAP‐110), and a myeloid differentiation factor (
