Такое впечатление, что книги по продуктам Microsoft переводят люди, не в совершенстве знающие язык и весьма далекие от тематики перерводимиго текста. Поэтому и встречаются в русском издании перлы вроде этого - "После того, как группа создана, ей назначается область действия, которая в свою очередь....бла-бла-бла"
Это при том, что область действия указывается при создании.
When a group is created, it is assigned a group scope... Т.е. была назначена область. Такой вольный перевод встречается довольно часто. Поэтому приходится брать исходники и искать там ответы в случае сомнений.
