โฆ Synopsis
Fused silica columns (320 p m i.d.) were packed with 10 pm, 15-25 pm, and 25-40 p m microcrystalline cellulose triacetate (CTA) and the influence of the particle diameter on column efficiency was investigated. The dependence of retention, selectivity, resolution, and analysis time on column temperature was studied for the separation of several racemates on microcolumns packed with 15-25 p m CTA.
