Rates of acidic hydrolysis of hexano-, octano-, and decanohydroxamic acids and of 4-bromophenylaceto-and phenylacetohydroxamic acids have been determined in aqueous perfluorooctanoic acida reactive counterion surfactant system. Typical micellar catalysis was observed for the hydrolyses of the n-alky
