The effects of air motion on human, comfort are being studied at present by the research laboratory of the A.S.H.V.E. and the Bureau of Mines, at Pittsburgh, Pa. On the completion of the work a certain relation may be found between kata cooling powers and effective temperatures which will probably greatly increase. the usefulness of the kata thermometer.
