A steady slate kinetic model is considered on the basis of the algorithm of elimination, described in Part I, and corresponds to the general scheme of hydrogen catalytic oxidation. A resulting polynomial of one variable is clearly expressed (through kinetic parameters). It is shown that reversibilit
