โฆ Synopsis
The technical characteristics of packages, determined by corresponding standards and technical requirements, are veriยฎed by package reliability. The reliability of a package is deยฎned as an ability to protect the quality of the product in a package to a suitable level, in a deยฎnite condition, under the inยฏuence of various factors and for a deยฎnite time interval. The best index of the reliability of food packages is the maximal time from packing to the consumption of a product when the conditions of preservation and storage as well as the preparation of food for consumption are taken into account. Any change in the parameters characterizing a product/package/environment system can affect this time; thus, results of the investigation on randomly chosen samples and the analysis of these results can be taken as a basis for the estimation of the technical characteristics of packages.

A method for calculating the mean residence times of metabolites in the body, systemic circulation, and peripheral tissue is described. The calculations require the AUC, AUMC, and derivatives of the plasma concentration versus time curves of the metabolite and its precursor. The method is applicable
Fock scattering functions are necessarily used in the solution of curยจed surface diffraction problems faced by terrestrial communication system designers. These functions must be interpolated when their arguments are between y3 and 2. In the conยจentional method, a two-point Lagrange formula is used
