✦ Synopsis

Durch Acylierung von Malonsaurediathylester mit Acrylsaure-und Methacrylsaurechlorid wurden Acryloyl-und Methacryloylmalonsaurediathylester erhalten. Beide Verbindungen polymerisierten leicht radikalisch und lieBen sich mit Styrol, Methylmethacrylat und Vinylacetat copolymerisicren. Bei der entsprechenden Acylierungsreaktion mit Acetylaceton ergab Methacrylsaurechlorid das C-acylierte Methacryloylacetylaceton, wahrend Acrylsaurechlorid unter MICHAEL-Addition und Cyclisierung ein ungesattigtes Lacton bildete.

S U F M A R Y :

j-Acylation of diethylmalonic ester with acryloyl and methacryloyl chloride yielded acryloyl and methacryloyl diethylmalonic ester. Both monomers polymerized readily with free radicals and copolymerized with styrene, methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate. Acetylacetone yielded with methacryloyl chloride under similar acylation conditions methacryloyl acetylacetone. With acryloyl chloride an unsaturated lactone was formed by MICHAEL addition and cyclisation.
