✦ Synopsis
A computer program for the simulation of & vivo multi-enzyme reaction system is described. The program was designed to facilitate the study of metabolic transformations such as occur in cytodifferentiation, ageing or cancer. The program is self contained and is designed to be used by biochemists without extensive programming or mathematical experience. Features are included which allow the user to segment and study a particular portion of a metabolic system. The program contains 17 built-in enzyme kinetic mechanisms from which the user can choose for each reaction. The program contains extensive data checking facilities.
