C8H,,0NC1 (243,5) Calcul6 OC,H, 18,48% Trouv6 OC,H, 1 9 3 % Les solutions aqueuses ct 6thanoliques d'cL4thylglucosaminide sont stables et ne prescrr tmit aucune niutarotation en milieu chlorhydrique (fig. I). RI~SUMG. NOUS avons effectue la synthhse d'cc-et de 8-glucosaminides &partir des N-carbalcoxy-glucosamines et des a-et p-osides correspondants. Nous montrons que ces d6riv6s7 trBs stables, ne prhentent aucline mutsrotation dans des conditions oh les glucosides analogues en prdsentent une. Le groupe amin6 de ces glucosaminides ne posshde pas les proprikt6s caractbristiques d'une amine primaire. Tous ces faits rendent peu plausibles une structure glucosidique classique pour les glucosaminides.
