## Abstract Epidemiological studies have suggested a reduced risk of several cancers associated with high vitamin D status. We performed a systematic review with metaβanalyses of observational studies of serum 25βhydroxyvitamin D level and colorectal, breast and prostate cancer and colonic adenoma.
