Abstract

We report on novel mesoscopic transport features in carbon nanotubes. First, giant fluctuations of magnetotransport fingerprints are analyzed in boron‐doped carbon nanotubes. Depending on the energy of charge carries and applied magnetic field transport regime can be tuned from ballistic‐like to strongly diffusive, with a superimposed unbalanced contribution of quantum interference effects.
