Decreasing the feature size of microelectronic, -optical, andmechanical building blocks allows us to integrate more and more complex functions into a single device, as well as to investigate and utilize size-dependent physical effects. However, conventional structuring techniques, such as photo-and electron-beam lithography, are limited in spatial resolution or writing speed. A number of recent investigations overcome these limitations by using the self-organization of block [
