THE FRANKLIN INSTITUTE 547 of the By-Laws. Mr. Richard T. Nalle presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption : RESOLVED, that the By-Laws of The Franklin Institute of the State of Pennsylvania for the Promotion of the Mechanic Arts be amended in their entirety to read aa set forth aa a part of the notice to members dated April 30, 1957, and the effective date of the amended By-Laws shall be July 1. 1957. Mr. W. Laurence LePage seconded the motion.

Mr. Rolph called for discussion. There was none. The motion was unanimously adopted.
