The lamellar morphological information and subsequent melting behaviour of syndiotactic polypropylene (s-PP) samples isothermally crystallized at crystallization temperatures ranging from 30 to 95 ยฐC have been investigated using a combination of wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), smallangle X-ray

Isotactic polypropylene (iPP) isothermally crystallized from the melt was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and light transmission measurements techniques. When samples crystallized isothermally above 132ะC, a-spherulites were formed only; the DSC measurements showed double melting
The spherulitic structure of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) from the melt was studied by polarized light and scanning electron microscopy. From the crystallization morphology, it can be observed that crystallization of iPP from the melt below 132ะC forms two types of spherulites, termed aand b-spheru
