## Abstract Surgical removal of pineal glands from adult male European Starlings (__Sturnus vulgaris__) does not alter circadian perch‐hopping activity rhythms characteristic of this species maintained in constant darkness. The average free‐running period of the activity rhythms of ten pinealectomi
