To date, the company has developed more than 10 types of hydrogen fuel generators using its cutting-edge technology. These generators have been tested and proven to be applicable to several types of hydrogen-fueled vehicles. These products are currently being marketed in China, Japan, Europe and the US; the cooperative agreement will lead to increased marketing efforts in North America.
Beijing Fuyuan has installed and tested its first PEM fuel cell production line, to manufacture stacks in four sizes from 50 We to 50 kWe. The technology is currently being used by the Chinese government in several research projects, such as the Beijing Scientific and Technology Plan 863, a program to put fuel cells into vehicles, in which the fuel cell can generate up to 50 kW of electric power. Currently, there are three new models of fuel cell limousines and sedans under development, which have apparently been well received by consumers in trials.
