## Abstract We verified the oncogenic effect ofpolyoma virus in gnotobiotic nude (nu/nu) mice compared to their gnotobiotic normal counterparts (nu/+). The nude mice were found to be much more sensitive to the oncogenic activity of the virus than were their heterozygote counterparts. This increased
