## Abstrwt-The mechanism of the secondary liquid-liquid droplet-film rupture on an inclined plate has been examined theoretically and experimentally. A synergistic mixture, D2EHPA-TOPSkerosene, and phosphoric acid were used during the investigations. A fundamental approach has been used to aualyse
