The parametric dependencies for superplastic flow in powder metallurgy (PM) magnesium alloys and composites were characterized so as to elucidate the deformation mechanism. The mechanism was proposed to be slip accommodated grain boundary sliding. However, the PM alloys and composites were strengthe
