A~tract--The effects of mixing time on properties of blends of low density polyethylene with isotactic polypropylene have been studied by tensile tests, viscosity measurements and calorimetric analysis. The results indicate that the mixing time is a critical parameter in determining blend properties and that its "optimum value" can be related to other processing parameters,
