Abstract

Ti/NiCr20TiAl and NiCoCrALY/IN617 composite materials have been produced by vacuum plasma spraying, Arc‐PVD and hot isostatic pressing. Regarding their mechanical and technological properties they are dependent on the heat treatment during the production process. Therefore optimized strength properties can be obtained by using thermal age hardening base materials.
