Mechanical and engineering section: A meeting of the Section was held on Thursday evening, March 31, 1921, at 8 o'clock, in the Hall of the Institute. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Coleman Sellers, Jr. Dr. Gordan F. Hull of the Technical Staff, Office of the Chief of Ordnance, War Department, Washington, D. C., presented the paper of the evening entitled “Some Applications of Physics to Ordnance Problems.”
