โฆ Synopsis
and I 3 2 : 7 3 ; thus, speaking in general, the secondary minimum takes place a few hours later than the middle of period and lastly, (4) the mean brightness is decreasing from the first to the last series.
Of course these results are greatly liable to suspicion from the following reasons, ( I } the observation of the star according to Argelander's method is not easy, ( 2 ) the number of observations used in the present reductions is not sufficiently large, especially for the first and second series and (3) the distribution of the observations is not uniform, especially for the third series. Thus, further observations on this star will be very much needed in order to arrive to safer conclusions, but I think it would be very interesting to reduce the old materials obtained by Schmidt and others.
