✦ Synopsis

The 3rd World Conference were examined and their influence on the cooling efficiency of the box was investigated. In particular, three differently shaped openings have been used: circulars holes, vertical slots, and horizontal slots. For each case, the coefficient of friction loss was evaluated as a function of the Reynolds number by means of a simple relationship that takes into account the parameters of the volumetric air-flow rate through the box.
